Building Community Through Water Play
We envision a vibrant, inclusive space at Jaycee Park where every child and family can experience the joy of water play. Our mission is to provide a safe, zero-depth splash pad that fosters social interaction and outdoor activity for all ages and abilities, creating a lasting legacy for the community.
Engineering for a Sustainable Future
Behind the fun is a complex system of pumps, filters, and water management technology. Splash pads typically operate on either a flow-through system, where water is used once and drained, or a recirculating system, where water is filtered, treated, and reused. It is more cost effective and less maintenance to install a flow-through system.
Modern splash pad projects can also be more efficient and substantiable. Timers set in the control panel and a user activator post reduce water waste by activating features only when in use.
Building Community Through Water Play
A Splash Pad is more than just installing water features; it is about creating a fun and vibrant public space that serves people of all ages and abilities. Unlike traditional swimming pools, splash pads require no standing water, which makes them safer, more accessible, and often more cost-effective to maintain. You do not need chemicals, lifeguards, or elaborate safety supplies.
Along with grant applications, we are reaching out to our neighbors to help us reach our goal of $222,735.26. Your support makes this vision a reality for every child in Jaycee Park. Thank you for your consideration!
